I love baking. The thought of creating something yummy out of a bunch of random ingredients just plain makes me happy. I love measuring, cracking, melting, mixing, rolling and chopping. Even the thought of trying a new recipe can destress me as I imagine how it will turn out. Will it be a keeper? Baking takes me to a peaceful place full of sugary goodness. The point of this blog is to share successes and failures with all things chocolately (or not) and a few other things thrown in for fun.
